Lucille Thièvre ships worldwide from France. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with trusted international carriers.
Depending on the destination, orders are delivered by Colissimo, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
- Orders over €600 — Complimentary delivery
- Orders under €600 — €25 delivery fee
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. The estimated delivery time for your order will be displayed at checkout whenever available.
Duties & taxes
All orders are shipped from France.
All destinations available at checkout are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you know the full cost of your order before completing your purchase.
No additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery.
Returns
If your purchase is not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In their original packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show any signs of use may not be accepted.
Returns are accepted only for items purchased online through the official Lucille Thièvre website.
To request a return, please use your Order Management Area. You will be able to submit your return request and follow the instructions for sending your parcel back to us.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
